In December of 2000, Highland Music Multimedia Productions, along with the Eagle 97.3, released “Jewels Of The Island”, a compilation of female singer songwriters from Vancouver Island. It was a project sponsored by, and distributed by Vancouver Island businesses. We produced 1000 CDs.

In September 2005, we did it again - with Jewels Of The Island ll....This time, as well as being sponsored and distributed by Vancouver Island businesses, we also put 700 CDs into all the delegate bags at Country Music Week in Calgary, and five of the eight artists also went to Calgary to promote their music along with the Island businesses who sponsored the project.
